Position Overview
The Head Chef will lead all culinary operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, and creativity. This role is hands-on and ideal for a chef who is passionate about fresh, healthy, and visually appealing food. The Head Chef will manage kitchen staff, oversee menu development, control costs, and maintain a positive, organized kitchen environment.
Kitchen Leadership & Operations
• Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to uphold culinary and sanitation standards.
• Ensure smooth daily operations, from prep to service, in a fast-paced environment.
• Oversee scheduling, hiring, and performance management for kitchen personnel.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($80,000.00 - $100,000.00)
