Bad Roman is seeking an experienced Full Time server to join our team!
Our Front of House Staff represents the restaurant with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, with a relaxed yet refined service style. FOH Staff must interact with restaurant guests, staff members, and management in a professional and collaborative manner to create an exemplary and memorable dining experience.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years serving in an upscale or fine-dining restaurant preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
- Guide guests through the menu, share specials, answer questions, and accurately enter orders into the POS system.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate guests’ needs, offering recommendations and upselling when appropriate.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized section and adhere to sanitation standards.
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions responsibly.
- Collaborate with team members and support a positive work environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

All candidates must have availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
Position Requirements:
• Available to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• 100% -- Walks and stands during entire shift.
• Must be able to frequently seize, grasp, and hold objects with hands.
• 75% - Reaches, bends and stoops frequently.
• Must be able to move, carry and lift at least 50 pounds with frequency throughout shift.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol according to all state and local regulations to serve alcohol.
All candidates must have availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($16.50) plus tips
