Celestine is a seasonal Mediterranean restaurant on the Dumbo Waterfront. We offer thoughtful and elegant food with warm, unpretentious hospitality. We’re looking for a Sous Chef to join our back of house management team.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary plus bonuses and benefits including a healthcare stipend, paid vacation, and more. We are looking for candidates hoping to grow within the company and absorb new skills while working within a mindful, tight-knit team. We're most passionate about cooking seasonally and working intelligently with the ingredients we have. Requirements:
- At least 1 - 2 years in a similar role
- Passion for seasonal, interesting cooking without any pretension or fluff
- A strong work ethic and an ability to accept and give feedback
- Maintain a sense of urgency, excellence, and professionalism throughout service
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Self-driven, curious, invested in a career within this industry

Compensation: Salary ($70,000.00 - $85,000.00)
