• Prepare and cook menu items following executive chef standards and written recipes

• Set up and stock assigned stations with all necessary supplies before service

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and back-of-house areas

• Follow all food-handling, safety, and sanitation guidelines (HACCP / ServSafe)

• Coordinate with fellow cooks and expediter to ensure accurate, on-time plate delivery

• Assist with daily prep, inventory rotation, and breakdown/closing duties

• Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring every dish meets Noor's client expectations

• 1–2 years of recent line-cook experience in a high-volume or fine-dining kitchen

• Solid knife skills and proficiency with commercial kitchen equipment

• Ability to read and execute standardized recipes consistently

• Stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, “yes-chef” attitude

• Punctual, reliable, and professional in both appearance and demeanor

• Current Food Handler (or ability to obtain) preferred
