Job Details
A Pasta Bar is a modern Italian concept founded in SoHo, New York in 2018. The restaurant is dedicated to artisanal pasta, design, and a contemporary take on Italian dining. Guests enjoy a unique tasting journey, with dishes prepared and served tableside in the heart of the restaurant.
We aim to represent the modern Italian high-end brand: elegant yet playful, refined yet approachable. Our mission is to create memorable hospitality experiences rooted in Italian tradition while embracing innovation, design, and international energy.
We are seeking an AGM who is dynamic, passionate, and ready to lead the operations of our new location in Miami (Opening Early 2026). The AGM works closely with the ownership, guiding both service and operations to ensure a dining experience that reflects our values.
