Alexander's Steakhouse Pasadena seeking polished, professional host candidates.
Minimum of 18 hours per week including Sat & Sun.
Experience Required / Qualifications:
Strongly preferred - Two years experience as a host, upscale greeter, or similar customer service position.
Strongly preferred - Experienced with Open Table reservation system and iPad.
Bonus - Experienced with Adobe InDesign.
You have a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence and punctuality.
You have the passion for hospitality and fine dining.
You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
You have a professional demeanor, sense of integrity and grace under pressure.
You have a tremendous amount of patience with language barriers, bad cell phone connections.
You naturally multi-task, follow through and have a keen eye for detail.
You are inspirational, energetic, easy-going, and you have a sense of humor.
You will quickly acquire knowledge and passion for our menu items and our guests.
You are open to feedback and being coached / mentored.
You appreciate that having a system, process, or protocol in place will make everyone's job easier.
You are flexible, and able to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
