Job Details
Borgo, a celebrated Mediterranean trattoria from The Marlow Collective, is seeking a Pastry Cook. We are looking for candidates with open availability for a full time position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working service along with the kitchen team.
  • Pastry prep for dinner service (producing cakes, ice creams, tarts, and specialty desserts)
  • Good, basic knife skills
  • General kitchen knowledge and capacity to work in an efficient and organized manner

Successful candidates will:

  • Have 1 year of progressive kitchen or hospitality experience and a commitment to deepening that knowledge base
  • Be oriented towards detail, care, and collaboration
  • Be reliable, focused, organized, communicative, and curious
  • Be able to self-manage as well as be managed

While performing the duties of the job, a Pastry Cook is regularly required to stand and walk; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch. They must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($19.00 - $22.50)
