Borgo, a celebrated Mediterranean trattoria from The Marlow Collective, is seeking a Pastry Cook. We are looking for candidates with open availability for a full time position. We offer:

Key Responsibilities:
- Working service along with the kitchen team.
- Pastry prep for dinner service (producing cakes, ice creams, tarts, and specialty desserts)
- Good, basic knife skills
- General kitchen knowledge and capacity to work in an efficient and organized manner
Successful candidates will:
- Have 1 year of progressive kitchen or hospitality experience and a commitment to deepening that knowledge base
- Be oriented towards detail, care, and collaboration
- Be reliable, focused, organized, communicative, and curious
- Be able to self-manage as well as be managed
