Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Floor Manager / Maître D’ to lead front-of-house operations during peak service and private events. This role requires a confident, detail-oriented professional who can balance guest experience, staff coordination, and smooth nightly execution.
Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee front-of-house service during operational hours

Greet and seat guests, managing the flow between reservations and walk-ins

Serve as on-site point of contact and coordinator for private bookings and events

Communicate effectively with bar, kitchen, and management teams to maintain service timing and quality

Monitor guest experience across the floor and proactively resolve issues

Support and guide staff to uphold service standards and team morale

Ensure readiness and appearance of all guest areas throughout service

Manage closing duties and nightly reports

Assist with seating charts, reservation adjustments, and event coordination as needed
Qualifications:
-
2+ years of experience in a leadership or Maître D’ role within a high-volume, cocktail, or fine-casual setting

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong presence on the floor and ability to manage multiple moving parts

Familiarity with Resy or similar reservation platforms
-
Professional demeanor, polished appearance, and guest-first mindset

Availability for Friday and Saturday nights and select weekday events
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($30.00)
