Job Details
- Take & prepare beverage orders from guests & servers in a timely manner
- Prepare both alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes
- Cut garnishes, prep syrups, restock bar
- Record & charge orders accurately in point of sale system
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar
- Provide prompt & friendly service to all customers
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
- Be 21 years of age (Virginia State law)
- 2+ years of bartending experience
- Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
- Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point of sale system.
- Have working knowledge of beer, wine, liquor and common beverages.
- Active & energetic personality.
- Ability & willingness to exceed customer expectations.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently withheavy weight

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($14.00) plus tips
