At The Russian Tea Room, we pride ourselves on delivering unparalleled service and exquisite cuisine in an iconic setting. As a Fine Dining Busser/Barista, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every guest enjoys a flawless dining experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting servers in delivering food and beverages to guests with precision and care.
- Clearing and resetting tables efficiently to maintain an impeccable dining environment.
- Anticipating guests' needs and providing attentive service throughout their meal.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining room and service areas.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee and tea drinks, in accordance with the Russian Tea Room’s standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients to answer customer questions and make recommendations.
- Keep the barista station clean and organized, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a high-end dining environment preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Must have open availability
- Must be fluent in English
- Must have open availability and able to work Weekends and Holidays
- Must have a valid State ID and Social Security Card
- Clean-shaven and well-groomed appearance required

Compensation: Hourly ($16.50) plus tips
