James Beard Award-winning culinary legends, Nancy Silverton and Stephen Starr, have joined forces to bring LA’s beloved Osteria Mozza to an iconic corner of Georgetown in Washington, DC.  Mozza embodies an energy and passion for dining that is the perfect match for the District’s vibrant food scene.

The team is in search of Bartenders with strong wine knowledge and experience in making classic and craft cocktails with care, consistency, and pride.

Desired candidates will have: 

  • 3+ years of experience as bartender or mixologist in an upscale high-volume restaurant
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player personality
  • A strong understanding of wine varietals and craft and classic cocktails
  • A genuine eagerness to provide exceptional hospitality to all guests
  • Willingness to take direction and desire to learn and grow within the industry.
  • Professional, polished, and personable demeanor
  • Responsibly serving alcohol and accurate cash handling are a must
  • A strong desire to be a part of a dynamic team.
  • Previous experience with Italian cuisine and wine is a plus!

Compensation: Hourly ($10.00) plus tips
