We are seeking a driven, professional Assistant General Manager to join our family. The focus should be on french cuisine and fine service.
The space boasts a 3,000-square-foot bar and dining area, outdoor seating, a secret deck & garden, and a second-floor lounge area that can also be used for private events.
Qualifications include:
•A sincere passion for the hospitality industry and all things food and drink
•Exceptional service skills
•The ability to successfully lead the FOH team
•High organizational skills
•Desire and ability to train staff, giving them every opportunity to succeed
•Must have open availability including nights and weekends
•Must be comfortable with POS systems, reservation management, etc.
•RAMP and ServSafe certification a plus
