Kitchen Porter

Fausto is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Kitchen Porter to support our kitchen team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining cleanliness and contributing to a smooth, efficient kitchen environment.

• Wash dishes, kitchen tools, and equipment promptly and thoroughly

• Maintain clean floors, surfaces, and kitchen areas throughout each shift

• Ensure all sanitation and safety standards are consistently met

• Assist with general cleaning tasks and kitchen organization

• Support the team as needed during service

• Handle waste and recycling properly

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Attention to cleanliness and detail

• Previous kitchen or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required

• Must be available Wednesday through Saturday, with flexibility in shift start and end times
