Job Summary
🍰 Craft Sweet Experiences, One Dessert at a Time!
As a Pastry Chef, you will prepare high-quality pastries and desserts that delight guests and elevate the culinary program. You’ll work with precision, uphold food safety standards, and collaborate with the culinary team to deliver innovative and delicious creations.
Qualifications:

Culinary degree or equivalent pastry training preferred

Minimum 2 years of pastry or baking experience in a professional kitchen

Proficiency in baking techniques, pastry production, and plating
-
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake pastries, desserts, and specialty items to standard

Maintain consistency in quality, flavor, and presentation

Follow recipes and production schedules accurately
-
Monitor kitchen inventory and assist with ordering supplies

Ensure cleanliness and organization of pastry workstations

Collaborate with chefs to develop and test new menu items
