Spoke & Bird is a WBE owned and operated business that focuses on use of local ingredients from regional farmers and vendors. We are a small team looking for someone with a strong work ethic and sense of teamwork. As we continue to grow our brand & business, there are many opportunities for growth within our organization. This posting is for the Pilsen & South Loop location.
Cooks must be able to work independently and with a team. We are a small team looking to add a strong member for our Pilsen’s sandwich deli, retail market and bakery. Attention to detail, consistency, and cleanliness are extremely important in our space (as this role is in an open kitchen and will have some guest facing interaction and responsibilities). Everything is made in house using ingredients from local farmers and vendors, highlighting different items throughout the different seasons.
Now hiring experienced line cooks/prep cooks/sandwich makers. Full-time and Part-time hours available as well as AM and PM. Weekend availability is a must. Compensation based on experience.
