Line Cook

Cerdito Muerto in Pilsen is looking for a Full Time LINE/PREP cook to join our team. We are a small team looking to add someone passionate about food and serving the community. 

This position is a hybrid schedule consisting of two prep and two line shifts. Kitchen is open until midnight so late night availability is required, closed on Sundays. Both prep and line experience is preferred.
Our candidate will have the following skill set:

- Bilingual preferred but not required
- Punctual
- Cleanly 
- Efficient with down time
- Sharp knife skills
- Quality over everything mindset
- Proactive not Reactive 
- Ability to take constructive criticism while leaving the ego at the door
- Thrives in a fast paced work environment
- Ability to work well independently and with a team
