Monte Carlo Hospitality Group team brings to the United States the rich culinary tradition of Franco-Italian gourmet style and the well established experience gained in the luxury sector with the Rampoldi restaurant in Monaco, creating a truly recognizable brand. The Rampoldi restaurant, the heart and founder of the project, was opened in 1946 and is now the oldest, recognzied and celebrated institution in Monaco, awarded with a Michelin star, and since 1970 the New York Times has regularly recommended its readers to pay a visit to the Rampoldi restaurant on thier triops to the Cote d'Azur.
Ideal Candidates would have the following prerequisites and characteristics:
- Possess an acute knowledge on how to enhance guest experience
- Demonstrate competency in all steps of service
- Have a passion for food, beverage and hospitality
- Maintain accurate knowledge of all menu items and beverage program
- Consistently provide knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, energetic, and thoughtful service
* At least 2 years of experience in a high volume restaurant
* Must be able to follow direction and communicate effectively
* Strong work ethic with a keen sense of urgency
* Impeccable service standards and attention to detail
* Personable, outgoing, energetic team player with a positive attitude
* Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment
* available to work weekends
*Bilingual English /Spanish a plus
