Ziggy’s Roman Cafe is bringing a modern take on Roman cuisine to DUMBO. Our menu highlights Roman-style pizza, seasonal small plates, and warm, family-friendly hospitality in a relaxed yet design-forward setting.
We’re seeking an experienced, creative, and dependable Sous Chef — ideally with a strong interest or background in pizza-making — to support our Head Chef and help launch a high-energy kitchen. You’ll be second-in-command, hands-on with prep, execution, and team leadership, especially during our opening phase and beyond.
