Kouklas Greek Eatery is a chef-driven, contemporary Greek restaurant rooted in warm hospitality, exceptional food, and genuine connection. We are seeking passionate Front of House team members to join us as we prepare for our grand opening in Niles, IL.

Kouklas celebrates the flavors and spirit of Greece in a lively, elevated setting. Led by a team of industry professionals, we’re dedicated to creating a welcoming environment for both our guests and our staff. We value teamwork, professionalism, and a true passion for hospitality.
We will begin with dinner service only, and transition into lunch and dinner after the first few months of opening.

Responsibilities (Depending on Position)
Servers: Deliver elevated, attentive service while managing multiple tables efficiently.
Bartenders: Prepare cocktails with precision and personality while maintaining bar organization.
Barbacks: Support bartenders with setup, restocking, and maintaining bar cleanliness.
Bussers/Food Runners: Assist servers, clear and reset tables promptly, and ensure smooth service flow.
Hosts: Greet and seat guests warmly, manage reservations, and set the tone for a welcoming experience.
