Flexible shifts available with an opportunity to grow as we exapand our restaurants. Must be available to work closing shifts (12:00p-8:00p)
Job Summary: We are looking for dedicated and skilled Back of the House Team Members to join our team at Federal Donuts Chicken and Donuts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area. Having a ServSafe Certification is a plus!
Location: 3025 Market St. (Schuylkill Yards, West Philly)
Position: Back of the House Team Member
Job Type: Part-time and Full-time positions available
Starting Wage: $15 per hour (plus tips), with potential for higher wages based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare food items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends
Compensation:
- $15/hr + tips
