Position Overview
The Server Assistant (SA) plays an essential role in supporting our service team and ensuring seamless execution of team-based service. This position bridges the gap between the dining room and the kitchen—maintaining tables, anticipating needs, and helping deliver a polished guest experience.
While the Server manages the guest relationship, the SA manages the table—supporting the pace, rhythm, and refinement of service. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with 1–2 years of full-service restaurant experience who is eager to deepen their understanding of fine dining and grow within a dynamic hospitality team.
Key Responsibilities

Support the service team in all aspects of the dining experience.

Assist the host team with guest seating when appropriate.

Provide and maintain water service (house-filtered, still, sparkling).

Mark, pre-set, and clear tables between courses.

Crumb and wipe tables between and after courses.

Bus and reset tables efficiently throughout service.

Run food with precision, using accurate pivot points.

Complete pre-shift setup and end-of-shift breakdown and restocking.

Communicate clearly and courteously with team members and the culinary team.

Perform additional tasks assigned by management to support smooth operations and exceptional hospitality.
Qualifications & Skills

1–2 years of experience in a full-service dining environment.

General knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beverage service standards.

Ability to navigate a POS system for drink orders.

Professional communication skills in English (verbal and written); bilingual Spanish speakers encouraged to apply!

Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities.

Poise and professionalism under pressure.

Eagerness to learn and grow in fine dining hospitality.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Ability to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail
