Position: General Manager
We are seeking a hospitality-driven leader to oversee daily operations and inspire a passionate, high-performing team in a Michelin-level dining environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who leads with integrity, creates memorable guest experiences, and drives both team and business success.
Position Overview
You’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations — ensuring that service, food, and beverage standards reflect the restaurant’s high expectations. This includes leading and developing your team, managing financial performance, and fostering a culture of genuine hospitality and accountability.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary ranging from $125,000–$135,000, plus performance-based bonus

Preferred Qualifications
- Above all, you have a genuine passion for hospitality and the growth and development of your team.
- At least five years of leadership experience within restaurants demonstrating a strong command of operations and team management.
- Solid business and financial acumen, with a proven record of full P&L management and performance accountability.
- Demonstrated understanding of restaurant systems, operational processes, and key performance metrics.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
