Job Details
- Craft espresso drinks, coffee, and tea to perfection
- Embody the Savory spirit of warm hospitality and high-quality service while maintaining a strong sense of professionalism
- Serve as a wealth of knowledge on all things coffee and tea to educate guests and team members as requested
- Promptly communicate any machine or tech issues, inventory shortages, or client dissatisfaction to the General Manager
- Support the catering attendants as necessary
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume environment crafting drinks using a manual espresso machine; brewing coffee and tea
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to utilize quick thinking and conflict resolution skills to resolve guest issues in accordance with the Savory brand standards
- You are a team player with a warm personality and honest values
- NY Food Handler’s Certification, or willingness to obtain one within one month of hire
- Capability to maintain a stationary position, often standing for prolonged periods of time
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule daytime Monday – Friday and occasionally including nights, weekends, or holidays

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($20.00)
