POSITION SUMMARY

As a Server, you have a genuine passion for hospitality. You will be responsible for leading the service team through all guest interactions at the table and creating memorable guest experiences.
What the position is:
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure constant communication with management, your colleagues, and the kitchen during service.
- Follow steps of service with efficiency and a sense of urgency.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout the restaurant at all times.
- Eager to learn and grow.
- Demonstrate expertise of all food and beverage menu items.
- Be able to work well as a team and foster a supportive team environment
What we look for:
- Available to work weekends
- 2+ years’ experience in a guest-facing restaurant role preferred
- English fluency
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Ability to balance & carry multiple plates, glass racks and or/glasses, and lift objects up to 30 lbs
- Positive team-first attitude
