Chef Pepe Moncayo, an award winning chef, has taken the helm of creating exceptional culinary experiences at the Arlo DC Hotel and brings full culinary experience to all Arlo Hotel venues, the Arrels Restaurant, “Bodega” café and lounge, In room dining and The ART rooftop bar.
For the restaurant, the guests can expect, that the Barcelona native is focusing in on his Spanish roots. Arrels—meaning “roots” in Catalan—will bring modern interpretations of classic dishes to the new Arlo hotel.
Arrels is a modern Spanish restaurant rooted in tradition and fueled by open-fire cooking. Classic tapas, updated plates, crafted cocktails, and inspired hospitality draw out-of-towners, locals, and destination diners alike.
