We’re seeking a charismatic and driven Beverage & Nightlife Manager to oversee the bar programs and nightlife activations at ART Rooftop and Arrels, two dynamic venues inside the Arlo Washington DC.

This is a salaried leadership position with a strong commission package, ideal for someone who loves building beverage programs as much as they love curating energy and experiences.

You’ll work under the guidance of our General Manager and alongside our culinary and events teams to grow both outlets into DC’s go-to destinations for cocktails, music, and night-life culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the bar teams across ART Rooftop & Arrels

  • Collaborate with DJs, artists, and event producers to program the rooftop calendar

  • Partner with marketing to amplify visibility through social media and influencer collaborations

  • Maintain top-tier guest experience standards aligned with our Spanish-inspired hospitality ethos

  • Manage inventory, budgets, and operational systems efficiently

Compensation & Benefits
