We are seeking a Floor Manager to join our growing team!

La Pecora Bianca, the fastest growing Italian restaurant group in NYC with 7 restaurants currently under operation in Manhattan and three exciting new projects to open in 2026.  We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Hospitality Leaders to join our dynamic restaurant group and be part of one of the quickest growing restaurants in NYC with endless opportunities for advancement.

HIGH LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • This position will be responsible for tasks including scheduling, beverage purchasing & inventory, daily financial reporting & management, hiring and training of all line level positions, managing and driving service standards at high volume, and developing guest relations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift 30+ pounds
  • Certification in NYC Food Protection License required

Located in NoMad, Midtown East, SoHo, Bryant Park, Upper West Side, and Upper East Side, La Pecora Bianca, which means "the white sheep" in Italian, offers a relaxed, all-day dining experience and vibrant Italian fare in a beautiful setting.

We take Italian food back to its roots as a local and seasonal cuisine, with a menu that centers around house-made pastas and modern takes on classic Italian fare. All of our pastas, including our signature rigatoni vodka, gramigna, and tagliatelle bolognese are made daily in-house.

Our drinks are inspired by the tradition of aperitivo hour on the ‘Piazza’, and feature the La Pecora Rosa organic rosé, an extensive selection of spritzes and negronis, and signature cocktails built around Italian Amari.

Our restaurants are filled with a buzz that enlivens any occasion, and we strive to make every “Pecora” an easy, crowd-pleasing choice in every neighborhood it goes.
