The newest business in Redwood Hospitality, Golden Ratio is a single‑room cocktail bar with multiple energy zones: a welcoming lounge at the entrance, a central bar, cozy banquettes/booths, and a lively standing area. We balance design, genuine hospitality, and craft cocktails, creating a place where guests and staff feel the rhythm of great service. Offering a rotating list of zero-waste cocktails with distillates made from foraged and greenmarket ingredients served alongside vegetable-forward snacks.

Host Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate, kind, and thoughtful Host to join our team! 

We are looking for someone that can develop personal relationships with guests with ease, who pays as much attention to detail as we do, who’s looking to be part of a prideful team. You will play a support role in managing the book during service, with responsibilities that include some email/phone correspondence as well. 

This position is great for you if:

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You think on your feet and have strong problem solving skills
• Can develop a good rapport and personal relationship with guests
• Have extensive knowledge in Resy and POS systems
• Are someone who has a great memory for names and faces
