Position Summary
We’re looking for a Brunch Line Cook to join our kitchen team for our popular weekend brunch service. The ideal candidate has strong fundamentals, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in plating dishes that are as visually stunning as they are delicious.
Responsibilities

Execute brunch menu items with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station

Assist with prep and setup before service and breakdown afterward

Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times

Work collaboratively with fellow cooks, sous chefs, and Chef Mourad’s culinary team

Bring a positive, professional attitude to every service
Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen (brunch or high-volume service a plus)

Strong knife skills and familiarity with modern cooking techniques

Ability to follow recipes and plating guides precisely
