Helmed by Chef Brian Limoges (Atelier Crenn, Quince, Birdsong, and Saison), Enclos has just received a Two-Star Michelin recognition within the first six months of opening, as well as the prestigious Green Star for our efforts in sustainability. Enclos offers a nightly Chef's tasting menu, Wednesday through Saturday. In partnership with Stone Edge Farm Estate Vineyard and Winery, our wine program highlights estate wines alongside notable producers from California and abroad.
Position Qualifications & Summary
Competitive compensation, including Medical, Dental, Vision, accrued vacation, and 401k.
Schedule: Dinner service, Wednesday-Saturday
Compensation: $35-$40 per hour with a 34+ hour work week

Position Qualifications & Summary
- The ideal candidates will be passionate about hospitality, highly motivated, and have a keen eye for detail.
While we prefer 2+ years in fine dining, a good attitude, and a strong work ethic will be just as important. - A fine dining Captain ensures a seamless and exceptional dining experience for guests by serving as the primary point of contact, managing service, and collaborating with the kitchen and service team.
- Responsible for greeting guests, acknowledging dietary needs, wine knowledge, and possess an in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings.
