Floor Manager

TEN11 Lounge Bar, operating under Blue Mezze Nomad, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Floor Manager to join our team. If you’re passionate about hospitality, love leading teams, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment – we want to hear from you!

• Oversee daily floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service

• Lead, motivate, and manage front-of-house staff

• Deliver outstanding guest experiences and resolve customer concerns

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service flow

• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and overall ambiance of the lounge

• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies

• Handle reservations, walk-ins, and VIP guests professionally

• Monitor and manage floor staff scheduling and performance

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (restaurant/lounge/bar)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm, professional attitude

• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)

• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Knowledge of POS systems and basic administrative reporting
