Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm smile and genuine warmth, escorting them to their tables with care.
Manage the waitlist efficiently, ensuring timely seating for guests while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Coordinate seamlessly with servers and other staff to maintain the flow of operations.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns with a friendly demeanor and professionalism.
Infuse every interaction with warmth and hospitality, creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a host/hostess or customer service role is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with people.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Enthusiasm for Japanese cuisine and hospitality, with a genuine desire to make guests feel welcome and appreciated.
