Le Coupé is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team. This is a fast-paced, chef-driven kitchen where precision, consistency, and teamwork matter. We’re looking for someone who moves with purpose — someone who works clean, communicates clearly, and takes pride in executing excellent food every single time.
Responsibilities
• Cook and plate dishes to Le Coupé’s standards during service
• Fry chicken and manage high-volume fry station with precision and speed
• Work clean and stay organized under pressure
• Communicate effectively with the team during service
• Maintain all food safety and sanitation standards, and complete cleaning projects daily to maintain kitchen
• Assist with prep and station setup/breakdown
• Support other stations when required
Requirements
• Prior line cook experience in a chef-driven or high-volume kitchen required ( 4 recent years in a fast paced kitchen working on the line )
• Proven experience frying chicken
• Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy services
• Must work clean, efficiently, and follow direction well
• Punctual, dependable, and a true team player
• Must speak and understand English
• No first-time kitchen applicants — this specific role requires professional experience
