An ideal candidate would possess:
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume NYC restaurant
- Experience selling and serving natural wine a must
- The ability to provide natural, precise service
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with French cuisine
- Open availability preferred. Must be available to work Sundays and Mondays
- Experience with inventory and beverage costing.
- Ability to educate and teach current and future staff in all beverage related areas
