Restaurant & natural wine bar looking for an experienced Waitress/Bartender
L'Accolade is seeking experienced Waiters & Bartenders to work as a part of our team!
We are a restaurant that provides high quality, thoughtfully sourced food and natural wines to the neighborhood in a friendly and unassuming environment. Our menu highlights seasonal produce and takes inspiration from France and the Mediterranean.
Dinner at our restaurant can be kept simple and a la carte.
We are open for Dinner Tuesday-Saturday, 5pm to 11pm, and Brunch Saturday 12pm-3pm.
Basic knowledge of Wines & spirits is preferred, along with a grasp of classic cocktails, beer styles, and wine regions.
Responsibilities include:
-Ability to deliver consistent service & quality in a fast-paced environment
-Maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
-Guide guests through any questions and make intentional recommendations
-Maintain current knowledge of all food and beverage menus
-Knowledge of Hand-crafted cocktails and cocktails' prep.
-Assist with monthly liquor inventory and the creation of seasonal cocktail menus
Knowledge of Natural Wines a plus
We are running open interviews for the next 2 weeks: Just stop by the restaurant with your resume Tuesday-Saturday between 1pm-5:30pm.
