What We’re Looking For

Proven full-service experience (2+ years minimum in upscale, high-volume environments)

Strong grasp of steps of service—can manage multiple tables with grace under pressure

Confident knowledge of food, wine, sake, and cocktails or the willingness to learn fast

A genuine sense of hospitality—not just order taking

Excellent communication skills, clean presentation, and a strong work ethic
