Le Chêne is seeking a highly skilled and driven Prep Cook to join the kitchen team. The food at Le Chêne is a blend of French classics executed with a modern approach. This position is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious chef to be part of an exciting new restaurant.
As a Prep Cook, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and service. The daily tasks will include heavy butchery, fish prep, sauce preparations and vegetable cutting. This position is perfect for an experienced chef looking for flexible hours.
You will work with other members of the prep team, teamwork is a must and we push everyone to help each other when your tasks are done.
This is a full time position from Tuesday to Saturday or Monday through Friday. Hours can vary depending on the applicant, open to split morning and evening prep shifts.
