One Off Hospitality -- management company for Big Star, Blackbird, avec, The Publican, Publican Quality Meats, as well as The Violet Hour -- seeks experienced, energetic, and motivated candidates to work at Publican Quality Meats.
PQM, located in the meat packing district and steps from Randolph Row, is looking to start interviews right away for seasonal part time host, server assistant (bus boy), server, barista, food runner and cashier. All of these positions are daytime roles. All applicants should be familiar with PQM and have experience in a high volume, service oriented atmosphere.
The ideal candidate for any of these positions must be extremely passionate about the industry and our brand. This candidate must also be hardworking, reliable, possess a positive attitude, and be eager to learn. An eye for consistency is important, as well as ability to prioritize and follow direction.
