Busser

Position Overview:
The Busser plays a key support role within our service team, ensuring tables are clean, properly set, and ready for guests at all times. This position requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate the needs of both guests and servers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist servers in clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables efficiently between courses and after guest departure

• Refill water glasses and provide additional bread, silverware, or other items as needed

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room and service stations

• Support the flow of service by assisting with food running and delivering items to guests when appropriate

• Restock glassware, plates, silverware, and linens

• Communicate effectively with the service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service

• Uphold all health and safety standards, including proper handling of glassware and dishes

• Provide courteous and professional interactions with guests at all times

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred but not required

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

• Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and eager to learn

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods

• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
