Maxime’s, the newest private member’s club creation by renowned British entrepreneur Robin Birley—also the visionary behind London's esteemed 5 Hertford Street and Oswald’s—invites exceptional hospitality professionals to become part of our inaugural team.
Opened in March 2025, Maxime’s occupies the historic former Westbury Hotel on Madison Avenue, Upper East Side. This 12,000-square-foot, two-story sanctuary is redefining New York’s private club experience, blending British sophistication with New York vibrancy.

Maxime’s FOH
- Floor Manager - $80,000/annum
- Server - $16.5/hour plus tips
- Captains Assistant - $16.50/hour plus tips
- Server Assistant - $16.50/hour plus tips
- Runners - $16.50/hour plus
Maxime’s Support
- Facilities/ Maintenance Worker - $30/hour
- Housekeeping Attendant - $21-$25/hour
Maxime’s BOH
- Pastry Junior Sous Chef $65,000-$75,000/annum
- Chef de Partie - $28-$33/hour
- Pizza Chef - $28-$33/hour
- Japanese Restaurant Chef - $24-$26/hour
