About the Position:
We are looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our management team. We would like a strong leader on the floor who can provide guidance and coaching to our dining room team. The AGM role will be responsible for leading line ups, providing support on the floor during service, upholding and elevating our service standards, and maintaining strong communication with the kitchen team. The AGM will also have a special focus on events, from lead generation to event execution/oversight.
About you:
Candidates should be outgoing, positive and have a strong background in sales/events, as well as a passion for learning and growth. They should provide exceptional guest experiences and continually strive to exceed guests expectations with every opportunity. Outside of service responsibilities will include weekly manager meetings, event bookings & contracts, and working towards cultivating a healthy team dynamic.

The original Che Fico is located in the NoPa neighborhood and is a California-Italian restaurant. The flagship location opened in Spring of 2018 and was shortly thereafter named one of Bon Appetit's Hot 10 New Restaurants. The restaurant features handmade pasta, pizza, salumi, wood-fired meats and other dishes utilizing local California ingredients as if the Bay Area were a region of Italy. Che Fico has a robust craft cocktail program, as well as a very developed wine and beverage program highlighting California and Italy.
