Bartender

The Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through expert beverage service, creativity, and hospitality. This role involves preparing and serving a variety of beverages — from classic cocktails to innovative signature drinks — while maintaining a welcoming and professional bar environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency, accuracy, and creativity.

• Deliver attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service to all guests.

• Maintain expert-level knowledge of the beverage program, including cocktail recipes, spirits, wine, and beer selections.

• Assist in the development of seasonal cocktails, specials, and beverage pairings.

• Ensure proper setup, breakdown, restocking, and cleanliness of the bar area at all times.

• Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service policies and procedures.

• Accurately process orders and payments through the POS system.

• Monitor guest consumption and behavior to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.

• Support the service team by assisting with beverage orders and communication during service.

• Participate in ongoing training, tastings, and meetings to maintain high standards of knowledge and service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale restaurant/bar.

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, spirits, wine, and beer.

• Exceptional hospitality skills and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

• Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills.

• Ability to work well in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol 

• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Lift and carry up to 25 lbs.

• Reach, bend, and stoop as required for bar setup and service.
