Head Bartender

Job Summary
Sqirl is a legacy restaurant in Los Angeles that is continuing to evolve into dinner service as well as an upcoming attached bar.  

We are looking for a head bartender to own the cocktail program for Sqirl - designing the Apero Hour and Dinner service that is opening in end of November 2025.  It is likely that the majority of this program has to feature cocktails that are batched and canned due to space limitations. 

We are building out a bar at the end of the building to open in 2026 that will allow an expanded cocktail program at Sqirl and create a space for classic cocktails to thrive.

This is an opportunity to be a part of building a bar to your desires and specifications.    This is about the continuance of thoughtful, seasonality/market driven cocktails as well as defining classics and new classics in the most considered and technical of ways.
