Bartender / Bar Program Collaborator — Prose Kitchen & Bar (Woodland Hills, CA)
Prose Kitchen & Bar just received our Type 47 full liquor license, and we’re gearing up to debut our craft cocktail program this Fall season. We’re looking for an experienced bartender who’s passionate about collaboration and creativity — someone who can work alongside our current bar team to help shape a program that stands shoulder-to-shoulder with the best cocktail bars in Los Angeles. This is a chance to grow into a larger role as we expand.

You’ll be involved in:

Developing seasonal cocktails and bar prep systems together with our team

Supporting consistent execution and hospitality behind the bar

Collaborating with ownership and the kitchen to align flavors and ideas

Contributing to the creative direction of the bar program as it evolves
You are:

Skilled, curious, and collaborative — not competitive

Experienced behind the bar (3+ years, ideally in craft or restaurant bars)

Passionate about spirits, seasonal ingredients, and balance
