The Sparrow is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Oyster Shucker/Raw Bar Prep specialist to join our acclaimed culinary team. We are industry veteran-run and committed to excellence.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

  • Demonstrable shucking speed and precision in an upscale or high-volume setting.
