Assistant Server

Gabriel Kreuther - a Relais & Chateaux property with two Michelin stars and three New York Times stars - is seeking passionate, experienced, and dedicated hospitality professionals to join our team. We are currently interviewing for an Assistant Server position.

Gabriel Kreuther provides the opportunity to work in an authentic environment alongside some of the most genuine and talented people in the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with a captain to anticipate the needs of our guests 
• Maintain fine dining standards when serving our guests
• Maintain a clean and organized service station for proper course mise and crumbing 
• Collaborate efficiently with team members to ensure positive guest dining experience 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong desire to strive for excellence and with a dynamic team
• Effective communication
• Experience with Toast preferred, but not required
• Demonstrate ownership of job responsibilities through focus, determination, and attention to detail with the goal of elevating the guest experience in every interaction.
