Desired Qualifications

• Reports to the General Manager and Maitre D 
• Natural confidence, presence, raport with guests
• 2-3 years of experience as host, lead host, or leadership role in a fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurant 
• Experience with RESY reservations system
• Able to handle high volume and being solution based
• Must be able to follow and understand expectations within their department 
• Natural inclination toward warmth and gracious hospitality
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a desire to complete tasks in a timely manner
• The ability to convey warmth to guests as they walk into the restaurant while being able to clearly articulate reservation details while focusing on etiquette and conveying a sense of calm
