Pat Gallagher’s Hospitality Group is home to some of the Northshore’s most celebrated restaurants, known for white-tablecloth dining, fresh Gulf seafood, and true Southern hospitality. We are seeking welcoming and professional Hosts/Hostesses to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at creating a warm first impression, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to be part of one of Louisiana’s premier hospitality groups.
Multiple locations are available within our group, offering opportunities to match your skills with the right concept and team.
Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and manage reservations, seating, and waitlists

Provide accurate wait times and ensure a smooth flow of service

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front entrance and lobby area

Communicate guest needs and seating preferences to servers and managers
-
Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and knowledge of the restaurant
-
Support front-of-house operations as needed to enhance the guest experience
Qualifications
-
Previous experience as a host/hostess or in a guest-facing hospitality role preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Friendly, professional, and polished demeanor

Ability to multitask in a busy environment while staying organized

A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
