General Manager

Pat Gallagher’s Hospitality Group is home to some of the Northshore’s most celebrated restaurants, known for white-tablecloth dining, fresh Gulf seafood, and true Southern hospitality. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee restaurant operations and lead our front-of-house teams. This role is ideal for seasoned hospitality professionals with strong leadership skills, a commitment to guest satisfaction, and the ability to manage both people and performance in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment.

Multiple locations are available within our group, offering opportunities to match your expertise and leadership style with the right concept and team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest experiences

• Hire, train, and develop front-of-house staff, cultivating a culture of professionalism and hospitality

• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls

• Collaborate with culinary leadership to maintain consistency between service and cuisine

• Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety standards

• Foster strong relationships with guests, staff, and the local community to enhance brand reputation

Qualifications

• Proven success as a General Manager or senior management role in fine dining or upscale restaurants

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team

• Expertise in financial management, staff scheduling, and operational systems

• Dedication to guest satisfaction, problem-solving, and conflict resolution

• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, high-performance environment
