The OpportunityWe are seeking a dynamic AM Front of House Manager who thrives in high-volume, high-energy environments. This is the perfect role for a hospitality professional who loves the rush of early mornings, the rhythm of a brasserie, and the satisfaction of creating memorable guest experiences.
The ideal candidate is a lover of the early morning, with the ability to set the tone for the day. The shift begins at 5:00 AM, leading the team through our peak breakfast and lunch service. You’ll balance the art of delivering smooth, fast-paced service with maintaining a gracious, elevated-casual style that makes our repeat guests feel at home.
What You’ll Do-
Lead and inspire FOH team members to deliver consistent, efficient, and welcoming service

Ensure seamless operations during high-volume breakfast and lunch periods

Build rapport with a growing base of repeat guests, fostering a community feel

Uphold Grand Brasserie’s service standards while embracing the fast-casual brasserie culture

Drive team morale with clear communication, coaching, and daily leadership presence

Collaborate with BOH leadership to ensure a flawless guest experience

Proven FOH management experience in high-volume, fast-paced restaurants

A natural leader who motivates and elevates their team

Passion for hospitality, guest relations, and service excellence

Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-moving environment

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($75,000.00 - $85,000.00)
